Friends and Patrons,

Pandemics, andemics and new emerging diseases. Can we catch a break!?!? Althrough COVID is fairly behind us, we are still struggling with stafing 100%. During these unprecedented times, we regret that our delivery service and logistics hasn't been the absolute best. We are quite embarrassed by letting you down and in the same token, we are re-inventing the way we do business to make sure this doesn't happen again. 

During the last few months, Logistics either ran snails pace, or our "non-essential" packages were pushed aside, or lost during the customs process. We have since made changes and alterations to our process to bring you top notch service. 

Okay - let's talk about getting you your hats

For those of you that have placed an order and have not received it in our 45 day maximum, we are submitting for free replacements or submitting a refund for the product completely. 

If you ARE still waiting for your package, and you feel you were impacted by the above, please submit an inquiry on our CONTACT US page and we will submit to you a replacement. 

We now have a stocked warehouse in the US and our orders are shipping within 2-4 business days through USPS. Packages ARE being delivered within 6-8 business days.
