The shipment policy is a guideline to all of our top shipping questions. We reserve the right to make exceptions of the policy in a manner to be fair to honest and polite patrons. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping, across the board, we charge based on the size of your order. We are shipping from all places in the US and this allows us to stay even and fair across locations and shipping partners. There are instances that we offer promotions to reduce shipping costs, or to waive shipping all together. If an order is over $39.99 USD -> we ship for FREE. 

How long does it take to ship?

On average, our product ships anywhere between 1-3 business days via USPS and delivered 1-2 business days. With the rare exceptions of a few of our formal product line, we ship our product from here in the United States. Because of the stress and volume impacts on the shipping industry, a package may be in a transit queue that takes an extra few days to resolve, however the most this has been taking is up to 10-12 business days. 

How is my shipment delivered? uses a variety of partners to get you your awesome merchandise. Most often, we employ the more than capable and dependable United States Postal Service to ensure deliver.

In some rare cases, if your have a large order for example, we will ship with FedEx, UPS, and/or DHL. But for the most part, expect to find your package in your mailbox, or wherever you traditionally receive your posted mail. 

Please make sure that you coordinate deliveries with these service providers. You can simply visit these services and register your preference on delivery to ensure they get you delivered product on time and securely. 

Are refunds and/or exchanges offered? 

Hats are sometimes hard to buy online. You are maybe not too sure if they fit, or if you will like the way they look. We try our hardest to give as much detail on our product pages, however, sometime - we just aren't happy with our purchase. 

Our customer service department is definitely sympathetic to this and if you feel like you bought something that looked like something else, we can definitely refund your purchase if you return in 30 days. Please refer to our refund policy for more information and instructions on returning product. 

Do we offer expedited shipping?

Currently, no. We are working out negotiations with our partners for the best rats possible, however at this time, we only offer 3-5 day shipping.
